Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

3. Once we acknowledge your cancellation request, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days.

4. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • After receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim.
