Order Confirmation and Dispatch

• Once you place your order, we’ll drop you an email right away to say we’ve got it.
• When your products are on their way, you’ll get another email from us to confirm that they’ve been dispatched.
• Just a heads up—if you ordered a few different items, they might not all ship together. Our customer management team will keep you updated on what’s happening!
• Before your order heads out the door, we carefully check and pack each product to ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery Process

• Our delivery partners are on a mission to get your package to you as fast as possible.
• If they can’t find your address or reach you at the right time, they’ll give you a call to sort things out.
• Most orders ships within 2-4 business working days domestically & internationally, not counting “Weekends” and public holidays. Estimated delivery time will be 5 to 8 days for the domestic orders & up to 15 days for international orders from the date of order confirmation.

• After your order is confirmed, you can expect it to arrive within 5 to 15 days.

• If you order two units or more, shipping’s on us—it’s free! Or else there will be a minimum charge!
